I would also describe the differences between “plesk” and a “c-panel”. This is vitally important – unless you plan to pay a webmaster a monthly fee to maintain your website for you.

  • Setting up your website

While I will be offering you a “pay-me-to-do-it” option later – I will give you a copy of an e book that will give you all the step-by-step details on how to get your Wordpress website set up and running within an hour or two.

This is in fact something that is very easy to do, and I do understand that it might seem very daunting for your first effort – But it is in fact very easy, and not too hard to follow the steps.

  • Putting the content into your Website

Content creation is very easy to do, BUT if you remember that your website will need to have a structure to follow, and if your website has been badly laid out in the beginning you could lose a lot of your visitors.

A flashing purple website will scare off visitors very quickly – AND a confusing layout would do the same just as fast.

Help that you receive from me here at this level would depend upon exactly where your website and your product fits into the marketing systems that webmasters like myself run online. We very often have mastermind groups – Forums – and small niche groups that help each other get specific tasks completed easier online. however you would more than likely be far down the website marketing route here before you need this level of support.

Per Hour Rate

Here I am prepared to hold the hourly rate that I offered in December, and perhaps need to point out that it would allow you to consult with me on any subject that I have experience in. If you need specific help on an item that I cannot do – I would get you the help that you need.

This Rate is R250 per hour

Products that are for sale on detailed training.

Should you have already have enough computer skills and simply need to be referred to a more exact training method like advanced adsence website building then I would simply refer you to the training system.

It would be in your benefit to rather pay $47 (R400) for the training than to pay me up to double that amount for one on one training.

Should you need a website but have no time to do the work. Pricing shown in Dollars and rands. the descriptions of the work offered is covered in a general overview – designed to give you a brief idea as to what is offered. Finer details would be covered in a proper consultation.

Website design -$695+     R 5000+

This would cover all the steps up to and including the set up of your website. Keyword research, associated blogs, registration, SEO work on the website itself, all legal pages, 15 website pages and drip fed posts for the first month. and more. Client to supply content.

Landing Pages -$300+      R 2000+

Landing pages are really only necessary if the website/business is going to drive visitors using PPC and other PPV type methods of traffic generation

Content Creation -$300 minimum R 2000 Minimum

This would be very Dependant upon what your website needs. Some will need a very detailed listing and pricing of the products that customers could buy from the website, others simply a 20 page description of all the services that your company would offer.

Video creation -$495 minimum         R 3000 Minimum

This would entail the creation of a video generated from software on my PC itself ( Camtasia studio) PowerPoint and other facets would be involved. Commercial videos are easily undertaken – where you have professionally edited (TV quality) videos done as promotional video shoot for your business. POA for those videos.

Video Marketing -$225 per keyword     R 1500 per keyword

This is the submission and more complex internet marketing methods used to create traffic via video hosted marketing websites online

Article Marketing -$225+ per article          R 1500 per article

There is some flexibility here in this method of marketing as I could have articles produced for R80 per article, but this would exclude the keyword generation and subsequent submission of the article etc. This would need negotiation.

Directory (Business) Submissions -$225 for top 5 or 10     R 1500 for top 10

This service is only necessary for very few businesses / websites and probably would not be needed for an average business online.

SEO back link Generation -$500+ per month        R 3500 + per month

This is possibly the most important aspect of marketing your website online – and sadly the one that most people stop doing first. Without constant linking and use of other SEO tactics your website would slowly slide away to the very bottom of the search page results – never to be seen again. Of all the services that I offer this is the one that you need the most.

Please look closely at the specials package here as I have done a more flexible hourly system.

PPC Management -Monthly charge plus % ad spend         R 5000 PM as a retainer

I am not the specialist here in this department and if this service is all you need then I would simply refer you to the local business that is far more capable than I am in this department.

Social Networking Setup -$395+          R 3000+

This is an integral part of getting your website back-links and recognition as a “popular” website. when used correctly this could be a very powerful part of your marketing set up.

E Mail Marketing Setup -$495+          R 3000+

E Mail marketing could be one of the most powerful sections of your future business aspects, and when handled correctly can double your websites turnover, depending upon your business or product.

General Marketing Consulting –Per Hour or Package            R250

As mentioned earlier above. My current offer for general consultancy is at R250 per hour for any aspects related to website creation and the SEO aspect of your website business.

This price will not hold for very long.

PACKAGE DEALS

What I need to point out from the outset here is that I am only able to handle a maximum of 4 full time customers a month. This would be where I am doing ongoing SEO and other forms of social, article and video marketing for a client/website.

Naturally if I find that I am doing a days work for some clients instead of the 5 days that a full time client would receive – then that total would be a little flexible.

My special that I am offering for a short while would essentially be an hourly rate to complete specific projects.

For example. In my normal pricing I will build you a complete website (see pricing above) for R5000.

However if I use the Package special – I could probably do the most important aspects in building your website for as little as R 1800. This might not be 100% of what could be done to the website – But it would come fairly close.

FINAL COMMENT

Please remember this. If you want an ordinary website that you can tell your customers to go and look at – then there are thousands of website designers out there that can do that sort of website for you.

BUT!!!

if you are wanting a website that takes advantage of the latest cutting edge SEO marketing techniques that are available online that are designed to get your website as high up on the SERP’S as possible – then you need to do it all properly.

I can give you a handful of free books that will show you how to do all that. You could hire a full time employee to do the daily tasks needed to keep a website very visible online or you can outsource that work.
